"Let the beauty of what you love be what you do" - Rumi

The name Sacred Being reflects my core value of respect for all.

I have been studying and living from my deep curiosity about this life and our embodied nature.

It is my passion to understand what it means to be the unique expression of life we are - as a body, as a soul, as a person.

To discover the beauty, delve into the mystery, come more fully alive, full, free, connected.

I have been on a personal journey for over 20 years, living and studying from Universities to Holistic Health Touch Therapies, Buddhism, Yoga Therapy, Breathwork, Psychotherapy, Tantra/Sacred Sexuality, Depth Psychology and Trauma Therapy.

My joy is to bring it all together to create uniquely tailored sessions and packages that reflect the needs of individuals, couples/relationships, and groups.

I now have accumulated 15 years in somatic therapies  and over 5000 hours with clients.

I would like to acknowledge Māori, tangata whenua of Aotearoa New Zealand, and honour the enduring relationship of iwi and hapū with their ancestral whenua.

I am deeply grateful to tūpuna and kaumātua, past and present, for the knowledge, care and guardianship that continue to shape and protect these lands.

I honour Te Tiriti o Waitangi | the Treaty of Waitangi and acknowledge the responsibility I share to respect, learn from and care for the whenua on which I live and work.
